How to Set Up Zapier Integration

Add a Webhooks by Zapier Step
Add a 'Webhooks by Zapier' step and point it at the Multi Upload Tool REST API (POST https://api.multi-upload-tool.com/api/v1/upload, form-data with accountId and the video URL) with your API key in the x-api-key header. Add one step per account.

Choose Your Trigger App
Select what triggers the automation - Google Drive, Airtable, Shopify, Notion, or 5,000+ other apps.

Configure the Webhook Body
In the webhook payload (form-data), map fields from your trigger app: video (the video URL), description (caption), schedule_date (posting time) and accountId (the target account).

Test and Activate
Run a test to verify the workflow. Once confirmed, turn on the Zap. Videos will now auto-post based on your trigger.
